"Account does not exist" or "User not registered". Cause: the number is typed differently from how you registered, often with +91, a leading 0 or a space. It can also mean you signed up with another number or with email. Fix: enter the plain 10 digits. Try any other number you used around that time. "Invalid phone number" or "Incorrect format". Cause: autofill added a country code or pasted hidden spaces. Fix: clear the box fully and type the number by hand.
"Account locked", "frozen" or "disabled". Cause: too many failed attempts, a security hold, or a rules issue flagged by the platform. Fix: wait before trying again, then contact support from inside the official app or site. Do not pay anyone on WhatsApp who offers to release it.
Password errors
"Wrong password" or "Incorrect account or password". Cause: Caps Lock, a keyboard that auto-capitalises the first letter, or Chrome filling an old saved password. Fix: delete the saved entry, type the password slowly with the eye icon on, then use Forgot password if it still fails.
Password reset accepted but login still fails. Cause: the app is still sending the old saved password. Fix: update the saved password in Chrome or Google Password Manager, or turn autofill off for this one login.

"Network error", "Request timeout" or a spinner that never ends. Cause: patchy mobile data, a VPN, or a Private DNS setting that blocks the site. Fix: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, turn off any VPN, and set Private DNS to Automatic under Android network settings.
"Server busy", "System maintenance" or "Please try again later". Cause: a problem on the platform's side. Fix: nothing on your phone will help. Wait and try again later. If both the app and the website show the same message, it is almost certainly server side.
Session and app errors
"Login expired", "Token invalid" or "Please log in again". Cause: your session ended, often because the app was updated or the password changed. Fix: log in again normally. If this repeats every few minutes, check the next item.
